The Culture

Cereal rotation with temporary meadows (eg: alfalfa), mechanical hoeing, green fertilizers, manure compost from the farm, hedge planting.

The Origins

Our cereals are supplied by Probiolor, a cooperative of Bilogical producers who harvest their products in the Lorraine region.
