Over twenty years, we have set up seed contracts with the region's cereal producers, which has allowed us to select the best varieties as well as the best producers.
These contracts ensure the origin and quality of our raw materials.
After the first step of selecting the variety, our aim in the years to come is to establish a quality charter with the producers to promote a less intensive and more environmentally conscious farming culture in order to obtain healthier cereals and flour products for the consumer.
